At Valley Cadillac, we believe our mission extends far beyond providing exceptional Cadillac vehicles — it’s about building people, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for the future.
That’s why we were proud to host a press conference at our Rochester dealership with Assembly colleague Demond Meeks, Monroe County Executive Adam J. Bello, and RochesterWorks to promote the Roc Your Job After School Job Portal, which officially opened October 1.
What Is Roc Your Job?
Roc Your Job is a powerful program that connects more than 500 income-eligible young people throughout Rochester with meaningful after-school jobs. These opportunities not only help students gain valuable work experience, but also uplift local communities and support small businesses across Monroe County.
By providing access to real-world career pathways, Roc Your Job is helping to transform the lives of young people while investing in the strength and future of Rochester.

Valley Cadillac’s Commitment to Community
Hosting this event was more than an honor — it was a reflection of our ongoing commitment to the Rochester community. Having County Executive Adam Bello join us to recognize these efforts was a meaningful reminder of what’s possible when businesses, community leaders, and workforce organizations come together.
At Valley Cadillac, we know that partnerships create real change. By working alongside RochesterWorks and local leaders, we are not only preparing the next generation for career success, but also showing young people that their future is bright right here in Rochester, NY.
Looking Ahead
We want to thank Adam Bello, RochesterWorks, and all of our community partners who continue to support this important mission. With programs like Roc Your Job, the best is yet to come for Rochester’s workforce and future leaders.
